I recently had a wonderful stay at Four Points, experiencing the best in comfort and relaxation! My Junior King Suite was spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the corniche. The staff was incredibly attentive, especially Abdelaziz at reception, ensuring every immediate need was met, including a delicious breakfast that kicked off my day perfectly.

Slow front office service.

There were significant issues. The AC in the panoramic suite was broken, rendering the room uncomfortably hot, and there was no fridge available for drinks or baby food. The bathroom was tiny and didn't match the suite's standards, while the TV lacked popular channels like the MBC group. In another room, cleanliness was an ongoing problem, with no housekeeping service for three nights, and when it did happen, it was subpar. The location is questionable, situated in a residential area with no beach access and limited safe walking routes.

had a greit stay at four points by sheraton, jeddah! really liked the connecting rooms with awesome views of the ocean. the staff was super friendly, especially abdurrahman who upgraded me to a suite after some leakage issues. the breakfast was delicious and served with a nice view, really enjoyed it. overall, the service from reception to housekeeping was pretty pro!

Spent 2 nights in a Junior King Suite and loved every bit! The view from my room was just breathtaking, and the staff were super polite and helpful, especially Abdelaziz at reception. The hotel's dining options were cool too, with tasty meals. Just wished they had more variety on the menu though.

The Standard King Room was really comfy! The flooring was better than carpet—super clean and didn’t have any weird smells. I loved the generous amount of water bottles provided, which was nice. The only downside was that I felt the room could use a mini-fridge for drinks. But overall, a solid choice for a short stay!

It was just a nice choice for a speedy visit in Jeddah with best value for money ratio. The staff was friendly and made check-in really quick, which was helpful after a long journey. If you need an early breakfast, make sure to ask because they don’t set it up till later in the morning.
